The bedroom is upstairs with 1 bathroom and 1 toilet.
The area is very friendly and well served by metro lines 1 and 9 at 8 minutes walk from each (RER A at 5 minutes too). 2 small cafes restaurants in the same street and all the local shops right next door. The Bois de Vincennes is a 15 minute walk away for lakeside walks.
